🔍 Authentication method

Real-name authentication is mainly completed in the following ways (platform staff will provide you with full guidance):

  • Identity verification : Submit a valid photo of your Chinese ID card/passport/Australian driver's license or other official documents for verification via the dedicated backend channel.

  • Selfie + ID photo : Take a selfie holding your ID to ensure your identity.

  • Social verification (optional) : You can link social accounts such as WeChat, LinkedIn, and Instagram to help build trust.

  • Video call verification (recommended) : Have a brief video conversation with a platform consultant to further confirm your true identity and communication status.

All certification information is only used for review and will never be disclosed.

🔒 Certification Data Protection Policy

  • We use encrypted storage and permission restriction systems to ensure that all user information is only used for authentication purposes ;

  • After completing the review, you can choose to "hide sensitive information" in the profile;

  • If you terminate your membership, we will completely delete your personal authentication data upon request.
